Right, finally replaced some of these old screenshots with some new ones. The AI system is fully working now, and as you can see the war can get fairly involved.

Apparently menu backgrounds are moddable now, so I could use this in-game for when you encounter the actual Dalicia. What do you guys think?

That would be brilliant, provided it's faded behind the text so it isn't difficult to read.

don't think so. just a random person positioned in the foreground to measure the piece better. Standard in landscape concept art..
