Problem with horse skeleton

Hi there
I have a problem with attaching unicorn mesh created by me (standard horse mesh with horn and without saddle) to a horse skeleton.
I'm using OpenBRF
I imported courser rigged mesh (.smd) and my static unicorn mesh (.obj) to horse skeleton brf file. I copied courser and pasted it into unicorn mesh using Edit -> Paste rigging option. Then I exported mesh to BRFedit, added material and uploaded it into the game.
This is what i saw:

When my unicorn walks the mesh deforms terribly... Is there a way to avoid it? How? What have i done wrong?
