Not really a bug per say but you might want to force a weather change before the "War Starts" Cutscene.
My war just started during a very thick fog and the Minas Tirith section was just me looking at vague shapes moving about in the fog
Didn't affect Minas Morgul though, I presume there's already a forced fog level there?

Also is it just me or do the Warg Riders at the start not charge down the two Rohan peasants any more and just throw Javelins at them from off screen?

Ok, guys, here's the first hotfix - just extract the two files into the mod folder:
http://www.gamefront.com/files/21265447/TLD_3.1_hotfix_1.7z

This fixes the frequent music switching (a bug that nobody complained about yet), but may be connected to crashes, assuming MB loads many tracks in a short period, rapidly consuming the available memory and crashing. It's a theory at the moment, until you prove it or disprove it by testing this stuff for us (thanks, btw :)).
It is save compatible.

If you still get crashes, try exiting the game completely and restarting, then loading your save - it may help.

With me it didn't work.
Perhaps the savegame is corrupt and I still need to start a new game.
Using IronLauncher.

I'm also getting the crash bug I'm afraid! I've applied the hotfix (although I can't quite remember if I applied it before or after starting a new game). I'm on day 19, and haven't tried turning off music yet. (and would rather not if possible, really impressed by the work!)

Loading the save, it will crash if I move for a second, if I enter a location (I just left harad camp), or click 'action' (all the other menus work).

last bit of rgl_log on test:

vdt_regular :Out of Static vertex buffer memory. Needed =  209203 Available: 200000
 Expanding Buffer Capacity to  261503
vdt_regular :Out of Static vertex buffer memory. Needed =  261964 Available: 261472
 Expanding Buffer Capacity to  327455

I'm running win7 64bit, and have set the .exe as "Large Address Aware".

EDIT:

I'm on day 38 this time after starting a new game, still using the first hotfix. So far so good!

I can confirm that applying the hotfix on an existing save is not working, I'll start a new game and see what happens.

EDIT: maybe (and I say maybe) the problem is solved, I'm about day 50, the war has started, and no crash yet.

Thanks for the replies - too bad that didn't work for you. It seems that PCs with integrated sound cards may be vulnerable to crashes.

Here are a couple of test hotfixes to try and see if the music is to blame for the crashes:
1. A test hotfix that removes about 90 Megs (out of the total 250 Megs) of music. The removed tracks are mostly additional travel tracks that are very likely to be loaded when you travel around.
http://www.gamefront.com/files/21268423/TLD_3.1_test_hotfix_less_music.7z
2. A test hotfix that removes all music (not the music files, but the references to the tracks, so the files are safe). A last ditch attempt to see if that helps with crashes. If this doesn't help, the music is not to blame.
http://www.gamefront.com/files/21268422/TLD_3.1_test_hotfix_no_music.7z

Try these only if you have serious crash problems. First try the first one and see if it works for you - if it doesn't try the second one.

Install by extracting and overwriting the files into the TLD mod folder. You can revert to the previous hotfix (hotfix_1) by installing it again.
All hotfixes are save game compatible.

I tested it with my buggy savegame and it didn't work. Also I began a new game with the hotfix which doesn't remove any music, and it didn't bug yet, but the war hasn't started now and I played less days than in my previous save.

There is something wrong with the first message you get in the "escort caravan" missions.
It may say that you need 0 men for the escort and get 11 RP as reward, but in reality you need several more men and get a reward about 10 times as big.

Oh, and thanks for TLD 3.1  :)

Don't know why, but the water in the map (rivers, sea) is black...
How can I fix it ?

There is a little problem with the "kill the troll" mission, if another party kill him it says your quest is cancelled, but the quest stay in your quest menu, and it never disappears.

Issue with the kill rogue goblins quest.

I've taken the quest at the Khand camp. After entering the camp at night I'm attacked by two goblins I kill both but it does not end the event and I'm stuck in the camp with two goblin corpses and two Axe master's sat by the fire.

With the first hotfix I've started a new game, but the twelfth day of the game I was kicked out again, the savegame is gone.
Even if I put the second hotfix, the savegame is corrupt and not recoverable.
Now I will start a new game with the second fix, the one with less music, we hope that it works while waiting for the work of Pagan (thanks again).

P.s.
Someone has the solution to my problem of the black water?

1) Did you have black water in previous versions? It's a shader issue. Either bad install, or just your GPU not liking the MnB shaders.

No, it was blue....

2) When you say savegame corrupt - does it load, or not?

It load, but when i try to go everywhere on the map, the game kick me to the desktop.

Is just me or horse too slow? Map is seem lot of smaller now, and cause A.I horesman stuck in ego of map due smaller map, I'm sure 3.01 had larger map and horse little faster, but in this version 3.10 slower and smaller map.

Absolutely nothing in this aspect was changed. Didn't you have RCM installed or something?

Other thing is that I want to know when the war start? How it work? I just imrove my 34 level
char rather then start over one level, I had no desire to start over, I like carry my personal char, is there
anyway I can delay war? rather set on time and date than a leveling? When War start, still problem enemies
cause village in Rohan ruined way too early, I don't see any Rohan's Lord coming to village's aid and drive them off in westmold.

No, war just starts when you reach lvl 8.

It's just me? Good are weak while evil too strong on world map? Good should won in long term, not evil
on based of book and movies. I am not talk about battle, it's world map. Can village rebuild in this game? or do I had to do all cost to keep village not fell in ruin?

Nope, many people will complain that the good side is too strong. It's quite subjective. (and no, the evil side should win if the player does nothing, as they would have in the books, unless the ring was destroyed.)
No, you can't rebuild villages.

This thread is for bugs, not for asking questions. For that there is another thread.

Ulfas seems bugged and unable to join. He requires the 3rd Rohan rank and (I believe in 3.01) 1200RP but won't join me now. I have the money and the rank but can't seem to get past this screen - my character just giving a one line reply after this.

Also just a general point otherwise. Can't quite recall seeing this on 3.01 but the battle AI seems fairly bad for larger hosts. I'm seeing my Rohan allies just sit there in a wedge somewhere in the middle of the field whilst the orcs beat on them. Needless to say it's not the greatest of strategies.

Thank you for continuing to support TLD, it is still awesome. However, the corrupted saves are slightly less awesome. I have applied both hotfixes and neither have stopped it :( Would it help to mention that the game only crashes after I save?
