Old Star Wars Mod / Ported Version!

Yes its almost done! ...when i can get items in and you'll be on your way playing it  :D

in releases after portation i'll be fixing up factions, quests, names, weapon sounds and hopefully new terrain

the version about to come out will be native with star wars items and weapons (sounds on weapons not yet), textures (eg look at castle)


NOW i know you've all lost hope and probably do not even believe me so i'll give you this proof of me in latest version.
I'm in Praven castle and i have arrows pointing to: health bar,a table,a wall, a jug and ME...lol

Ahadhran if your going to port the mod best way to do it is just start again then copy bits of script from the previous version and along with all your resources

best way to do it you could probably get it ported in a day just by copying it over  ;)

Also if you are a musician and know how to do remixes and would like to have your remix of any Star Wars track on the mod then please pm me and i'll put into the game (hopefully there will be more yes than no votes) or if you know someone who has made a Star wars remix and have their permission to put it into the mod them pm me with the file and the authors name and i'll put it in too ;)

Discussion / Repeater or Automatic fire!

What the title says could someone do it on the firearms so we could have proper firing machine guns?
instead of when you hold the left mouse button and when you release one shot fires could someone make it that when you hold the mouse button it fires like a machine gun or repeater blaster? (in other mods)

Here's your chance to help out the mod, you don't have to be part of the team to help us out!
we will give you credit for what you help us out with

wheather its for modeling, skining or some script source (e.g. maybe something that could help us imply force powers into the game)

if you know how to model but don't know how to skin then you can submit the model un-skinned or if you know how to skin and don't know how to model then you could help out with un-skinned models

Old Star Wars Mod / Communtity help for ported version

OK well since school has started up again I've been bombarded with homework (sucks to be in advanced classes :( ) which means i don't have alot of time to go find solutions to all the problems of porting to the latest version of Mount & Blade so I'm going to need some community help to do this alot quicker :)

how this will work will be that i post the most recent problem i have then hope someone answers it

(when the ported version is done with the help of the community i promise I'll learn how to model and skin properly and get some Star Wars towns etc in game :green: things like (if anyones seen probably if you play JKA) Vader's castle)

1st problem: RLG ERROR says: attempt to register manface_young.dds (this comes up while loading the mod in the processing ini. part)(I'm guessing I'm going to have to change something in the skins.txt)
