Where do i get parry members? and how do i get to Gun/bow store and more stuffs?

There are only two party members available in the 0.1 release.  One of them is yours right off the start, of course.  The other one is hidden; search around a while, and you'll probably find him.  If that fails, search the threads in this forum, I have spoiled the process here - but in bits and pieces in several posts.

The gun/bow shop is not implemented in 0.1d.

More generally: if the menu options are greyed out in town, that usually means that they're not implemented yet.  Elsewhere, options which aren't implemented yet are generally flagged with an (X) in the text.
