No idea how to post images  ???, so here goes some links of a helmet that would look cool with the scavenger armor, for a bounty hunter unit.

And heres one to see how the helmet looks like from behind:

EDIT: I take it that those new jedi robes (looking great by the way!) are going to replace what is used by jedi/sith units in game, right?
If so, how do they look along with the hoods? And are you going to make diferent colored versions of the already existing hoods aswell?

EDIT 2: Ok, I guess I got the hang of the image-posting thing.

I really like that robes, but I am more a clone than a jedi  ;)

But I would really be a happy clonetrooper if there were some of following armors in game:

Bacara's armor:

Bly's armor:

Cody's armor (my favourite):

Gree's armor (maybe this could be found on Kashyyk because he died there):

Neyo's armor:

I think the clones are already out of place in SWC. Wouldn't make much sense to overload it with every "now with blue stripe" variation on top of that. Still, if anyone else wants to make them, I'm sure Hokie'll be cool with it.

I've considered the Boushh helmet before as I love that whole outfit. I may do it, but it'd be a lot of work. Is there a troop type that justifies making it?

Oh, and here's the DL-18 blaster. Good call on suggesting Jabba's minions have it.

Apologies for a few inaccuracies...

That's great, little rough around the edges, but it will look better in game.

I like that blaster, and its perfect for the hutt's, nice work!   I agree the clone armor is a bit out of place so I'm not sure we need more variations or creating different types of clone armor should be a priority.  However, I doubt we'd completely reject star wars models, so if somebody really wants to make one we can probably fit it in somewhere.  The Boushh helmet is very cool, but sounds like it was unique to that bounty hunter only.  From the wiki it seems there was some EU type of stuff with the Ubese race who had similar equipment.  So maybe you can make a generic grey variation which can be mixed with other equipment?

Exactly what I was going to say, but my internet disconnected before I could click "Post"   :'(

Anyway, I was thinking that maybe you could add the helmet to some soldiers in the Hutt Cartel's troop tree, giving them even more variety. It would be another Bounty Hunter variant (or something like that).

OR, make them into a troop type like the Trandoshans? You know, something like Ubese Mercenary -> Ubese Sniper -> Ubese Bounty Hunter...

EDIT: Maybe make an unique Ubese unit (Boushh), like a lord, or a companion you can "hire" instead of inviting to join your company...?

Maybe we could have a Clone Wars branch of SWC?  :green:

That Ubese bounty hunter helmet really would be a good addition, because it makes a prominent movie appearance. It would still be great as a generic item, because the Ubese tended to use it, so it would be fairly commonplace. That's what Wookieepedia says at least. Here's a photo to refer to.

EDIT: I posted a crap load of blasters, now I'll post some armor ideas.

Here's someone's Sith armor concpet art, it looks cool, figured you could use some elements of it and get ideas.

This outfit is pretty sweet, I know we have similar ones already

Stalker Armor, it looks very feasible.

Blast Armor, kinda like space kevlar

Composite Armor, it looked pretty cool to me.

That's about all I really found at this point. Maybe I'll find more later

This isn't really a weapon or armour, but here goes: I'd love to see another speeder in this mod: the BARC speeder. I really like it.

The Ubese helmet was used by a good number of spacers, and yes, it would be very nice to see new types of speeder bikes. When you go to the shop it looks as if there were only three types. I personally love the Sparrow type, but it would be nice to drive others.

The swoop would be great, as it was the model used by the Rebellion's mounted scouts and explorer, and some gangs.
Like the Mobquet Flare-S Swoop, the 5th on this list:

Some good stuff there, Pellidon. I may well attempt some Ubese gear, and probably the blast armour as I think it'd be perfect for the hired guards. They'll look more like lowly security than some yobs hired off the street.

I'm, personally, much more likely to make the stuff that looks like it belongs in Star Wars rather than Transformers or GI Joe. So the gritty, low-tech stuff is perfect.

I've just finished rigging the Jedi robes and playing with some existing textures. Next on the agenda is, I guess, that Tyber Zann dude and some Jedi tunics without the robes...

I'd like to see some power droids walking around town.  If we wanted them to have different texture variations (like the other droids) it would need it to be a created and rigged as a single armor model and then we'd give it transparent hands/head/feet.   Or I guess technically they could all use the same boot model, but have different armor, whatever would be easier....

GONK!

Looks like a very simple model (famous last words). As long as its ability to run is removed, it shouldn't be a problem to rig, either.

One thing, though, is it a midget or a full sized human inside? In other words, R2-D2 scale, or regular human?

looks cool, nice work, would work as generic armor for some of the pirates, etc.  Could probably even make a texture variation or two.   My only comment would be don't have exposed skin, just give a grey long sleeve shirt or something like that, since it will look weird if you are playing as a trandoshan/rodian/mon cal/twilek/etc and try and equip it.
