Right, thought it'd be a good idea to make this separate from the Suggestions thread. That way us modellers needn't look through the posts about faction ideas, mechanics or game improvements.

Please use this thread to request armours, helmets, and weapons (oh my!). Pictures/links are necessary.

On a personal note, the EU and prequels suck monkey tits, so original trilogy stuff is preferred.  ;)

New Jedi robes, as requested. Obviously, can do as many colour variations as needed...

A red, blue and green version would look great, like in Kotor and Kotor 2. Also, a female version would be cool, though you'll probably stab me for asking about it. It might also be great to have an armored version of the jedi robes, like the clone wars era jedi armor, or at least throwing in some shoulder pads and a chest plate could be good. But I generally go for the normal jedi robes, not armored ones anyway given the choice.

Do you have pictures or discriptions for the robes you want?

Also, I'm currently modifying the robes to have armour and a backpack. This one will probably look like something out of STALKER, but I'm keen to try backpacks with my newfound rigging "skills".

Again, pictures would be helpful if you want armoured robes.

ALSO! Female versions just mean pulling some verts in to get the shape, I believe. Having it automatically switch, though, is Hokie's enviable task.

Like this only less retarded. I love the Clone Wars TV show, but it does look kinda odd. But you get the idea, basically armor, but with some jedi robe elements. Just make the armor different colors other than white and the robe something other than tan.

My suggestions:

Mandalorian Neocrusader Reskin
You already made this one, two versions of it: the red one and the blue one. The yellow is still left.

Snowtrooper and Rebel snow suits
The ones seen at Hoth, but also at Rhen Var, Polus, Illum, Orto Plutonia...

Legionnaire Battledroid
You made the 3CPO series model. You only need a reskin in order to make the Legionnaire droid, which is one of the battledroids used by mandalorians during the time period of the mod.
http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/starwars/images/thumb/f/f4/Mandalorian_Battle_Legionnaire_NEGTD.jpg/250px-Mandalorian_Battle_Legionnaire_NEGTD.jpg

Dark Trooper armour (MK II)
The dark trooper is one of two things, either a trooper in servoarmour, or a droid. It's impossible to know it by sight. This armours, and droids, are built at the Arc Hammer, Rom Moch's flag ship. He even uses one (MK III though). The MK I model is only a droid, and the MK II model is the most famous and used.

Katarn Armour (MK II clone armour's commando version)
Just like the MK II clone armour, with better protection stats. MK II:

Night Sister Outfit
The night sisters during the GCW represent the greatest number of force users, even counting jedi, sith and dark (rogue) jedi. They live in Dathomir and fight the Empire, though they own no regular army or fleet.
This is a good example of Night Sister clothes (from Silri, one of the most powerful night sisters during the GCW):

Sith armour
As you may know force cannot be easily used wearing an armour. Well, that doesn't happen when you are using a sith armour. They are very rare and belong to certain sith (like Starkiller) or are lost in places like Korriban. This one is a good example, though only as a base, not as the final model. Darth Revan's armour:

Zann Consortium Assault armour
The armour used by the mercenaries of the Zann Consortium. Very good defense, better than other rebel and imperial armours, though it's not as good as the mandalorian one or the dark trooper armour.
http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/starwars/images/thumb/0/0a/Mercenaryassaultsquad.jpg/175px-Mercenaryassaultsquad.jpg

Tyber Zann's armour/coat and custom blaster

Sith Trooper armour
Sith trooper armours are really old, but can be still found during the GCW. They are even more rare than the neocrusader armours, and are not as good. The commando versions though, get close to the mandalorian armour's quality. The can be found at lost sith enclaves, like in important tombs, were sith troopers wait, frozen in carbonite.

Wookie armour
I would like to see some wookie armour for the wookie upgrades. Like the ones from SWG or SW Battlegrounds.

Galen Marek's clothes
Galen Marek (the guy from The Force Unleashed) is dead by this time, but it's clothes would be a nice addition to the game. And you don't have to make them exactly the same, you just need to base on them.

E-5 Blaster
The rifle used by the B-1 Battledroids. Probably the mandalorians too, plus smugglers and criminals.
http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/E-5_blaster_rifle

SE-14 Blaster Pistol

The pistol used by the B-1 Battledroids and the imperial army. Probably the mandalorians too, plus smugglers and criminals.
http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/SE-14_blaster_pistol

Here's the Scavenger armour I mentioned earlier. It's a modified Jedi robe with new bits stuck on. Rather niftily, rifles fit nicely in the gap between the backpack and coat.

I'll work on Jedi colours next, then see if I can tackle one of Revan Shan's requests. Though some points/questions:

1. While I wouldn't mind doing the suits for Hoth Rebels and Imperials, I'm not sure how they'll come into play. As far as I know, units can't switch armours to match the climate of the battle map (though that would rock). I'd have to discuss it with Hokie first.

2. Are Night Sisters all blue-skinned? If so, that's not a problem, but remember skin colour can only auto-tweak with underwear, not armour.

3. Clones are best left to Barf if he's still actively involved. Likewise, I think the Mandolorians are Geroj's baby, and I think he's giving priority to scene editing for the moment.

4. That Wookiee armour is hilarious, which makes it all the more tempting to make. It looks like Ludo from Labyrinth...

Blue? No, nightsister's skin is grey. I supose it's because they sort of embrace the dark side.

damn, I really love those jedi robes and scavenger armor, awesome work.  I may use that scavenger armor for the item merchants or something like that.  I would be interested in some variations without the outer robe, since that might work for padawan or knight level troops.  For example, Anakin had this concept a lot.

It is probably possible to switch out troops or equipment in the code depending on the climate, but I'm not sure how to do it right now so would need to ask on the forums.   The snow troopers would be good for a Hoth Quick Battle and maybe custom recruitment if you wanted to get special troops by talking to a faction leader or something.  But some more armor similar to the Scavenger, Tyber Zann, or Galen Marek's, would be cool since right now the pirates are running around it basically all civilian clothes.   Actually, we could probably take some of those civilian jackets/vests and just put a black sun logo on the back, or add some armor to the chest and maybe that would give enough variations as well.....

In Empire at War, the EMpire and tthe Rebellion both had different suits and armour dependidng on the place. That way they had the following:
Empire: Snow, dessert, and plains/city.
Rebels: Snow, jugle/woods, dessert and plains/city

The Rebel armour used for hot climates is very interesting. Take a look (the guys down and left from the pic):

I love the scavenger armor, very Star Warsy. My suggestion would be to make more blasters, I know you have a lot, but there are plenty more that could be used.

DL-21 Blaster Pistol, weaker cousin of the DL-44

CR-2 Heavy Blaster Pistol

434 DeathHammer Blaster Pistol

T-6 Thunderer Heavy Blaster Pistol

ELG-3A DIplomat's Pistol, just a longer, more accurate Q2

Relby-k23 Blaster Pistol, used by Bespin Guards

DL-18 Blaster Pistol, the gun Luke pulled on Jabba before falling into the rancor pit, this is a good one for the Hutt Cartel troops, seeing as in the movie, Jabba's guard had it

KYD-21 Blaster Pistol, Zam Wessel's pistol

DH-23 Blaster Pistol, there's a much better picture in the Episode I Visual Dictionary, but I can't find my copy of the book

Aurra Sing's Blaster, doesn't really have a name, but it's pretty freakin' sweet

Alderaanian Stun Blasters

Sith Sword

Blast Dampening Armor

So there's a lot out there that can be added, obviously I made a pretty long list and I don't expect all of them to be made. But these shots should help with blaster creation.

EDIT: Here's a better shot of Tyber Zann's pistol for what it's worth

DONE. Though sorry, no alien boob...

I'll probably make Tyber Zann my next body model, though it'd help if I could find a rear shot as well. Is that a snake around his neck?

Love the robes.
Would it be possible to also have some just tunic models?
That way we can have the full robes for the higher level force sensitives and just the tunics for the lower level force sensitives.

Tunic examples:

I really should learn to model characters/armours.

Yeah, I agree, the robeless tunic would be nice. I had been thinking of suggesting it, but forgot to. It's in all of the prequels, they take their outer robes off during heavy combat. Best example being Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon taking their cloaks off before fighting Darth Maul.
