I'm planning to model a set of furniture and I did this chair:

Does it look "starwarsy" or should I try a different design?

The design's pretty cool. You could probably make the padding protrude, though, so it's not all so flat.

Are you doing different bits on furniture all in this style?

Personal update: I've been working on some large scale scene props lately. My focus is primarily on stuff you can hide behind/inside during battle.

This one's not very exciting, but the others should be once they're finished...

Good suggestion, I will edit that.

Yes, that's what I'm going to do.

Hmm, it didn't dawn on me how simple it would be to texture this model...

A landing platform built with sieges in mind. Lots of points for marksmen to shoot and die from.

Ships not included. Just shown for potential scale.

I redid it. Looks much better now, thanks Happy Stormtrooper.

Now I'll start creating a series of furniture models in that style.

Incredible buildings. Specially the first ones. They fit perfectly in cities. They remind me of the speeder hangars in SWG. You placed your bike or whatever there.
-In fact, it could be the new placement for the transport merchant.

You mean these?

The chair looks much better, Tyrinius. Now let's see the rest of the furniture.

...Why did that sound like a really bad pick-up line?

Those buildings and furniture look great so far, should be awesome to see battles and cities gradually becoming more and more Star Wars-like.

It's completely free, and probably the most simple modelling program to learn. I'd strongly recommend you watch Highelf's video tutorials over on the Taleworlds forums, and don't try anything too complex.

Cool. You could make work desks, like the ones from Kotor, that you used to make your weapons.
