How the hell did I miss this thread.
Apologies for my stupidity in other threads, and great work guys.
Again, I can't mod for shit, but do tell me if there's anything I can do to help out or just save you guys time. Writings, looking for other modders (recruiting is what I do for a living
) coordination and so on.

As far as I know, there´s a map, banners and two out of seven troop trees done. It´s being worked on, but it will be a while.

Yes , a map, banner; dornish troop tree with retextured stuff(tht s why it take so long), a stromland tre with native stuff.
The problem is , i work alone(with some great help of oororin), and i have lot thing to do in real life too,so it take time.
Any help will be apprecied for troop tree, scene making, and texturing.

Thanks, but i think we must first finish with what we have, then release an alpha version.
After that we will see if we implant the Watch ,the Other, etc....

Good new!!!
Now i can make heraldic stuff, this will really help us with the generic tree!!
For example i make a heraldic byrnie with just using fond color
if i put it on highgarden troop it will be green
if i put it on bolton troop it will be pink etc......
