Current jobs:.-Modelling & Texturing obviously. Contact me.
-Voice work (especially dwarves). Contact me or dablade
-Troop Tree layout revamp (for the FAQ). Id like to see this laid out with sort of a parchment/sepia toned way (updated for 2.4 troop lines as well). Im not really keen on the color coding, maybe some new key could be devised. This is a project that anyone willing to figure out a flowchart maker could handle.
-LOD manager. We could use a modeller/texturer to work on fleshing out our lower detail items for the new m&b LOD system. We dont quite need it yet but after the port we could use someone. This is something a relatively low skill person could probably handle as its just a matter of running a series of poly reductions on the items to cover the various LOD states, numbering them properly in the brfs and then mapping them with blurrier, low-res textures. Might not even have to remap depending on what happens with the texture after the poly reduction.
-I believe mtarini needs some help making mountain ridges on the improved map. Check with him or check the map beautifying thread for details.
-Like most modders, I'm not the most hands-on manager. Beyond a few core people I rely on people prodding me for projects or just submitting things on their own. This mod runs on self-starters. If you want to help out but think Ive forgotten about you, feel free to pester me or just try making something you think we could use.

Orc-bane'
Mernak Mabazgân!
Remember the dead!

Thranduil
Taur-nu-Fuin / Taur-e-Ndaedelos (though given that these names have a sinister connotation, they might not use them)

Aure entuluva (day will come again. Hurin cried it as he fought the 70 trolls during Nirnaeth Arnoediad)
Auta i lome' (the night is passing)
Utulie'n aure (the day has come. this might do better as a victory cry for the elves)

Foreign sounding babble, different babble language from the harad. heh.

Blood and souls for the sea demon!
The black sails!
Umbar!

Models & Textures needed: Large scene props or Full scenes:Ruined dwarven halls in various configurations for moria or the iron hills
A cavern system. Various passages and caves that could be pushed together with the edit mode to create various cavern systems. For example: 3 types of long cave passage, 1 short, 2 types of cavernish rooms, etc. With the doors modelled like the vanilla dungeon rooms to make it easy to connect them in edit mode. With this we could generate a variety of cave scenes.
A new Edoras Hall interior. Much longer than the current one we are using.
NEW PROPS NEEDED:Something weve really needed for awhile is NEW BUILDINGS in the gondor white marble style. Google a pic of Osgiliath from the movie if you need inspiration. A few intact and a few ruined. Vanilla buildings might be modified for these purposes I think. A selection of ruined, burned, smashed buildings would be useful as well.
Marble columns and arches in a white marble style for placing in gondor scenes.
Columns of other sorts for placing in Moria, Mordor, Harad scenes. Dwarvish looking ones, others, etc.
Ruin models for placing in scenes. Various types of ruin, from the ancient sort, to standing stones, to piles of rubble, to gondorian buildings that have collapsed.
NEW HELMETS NEEDED:Quite a few of these to make. PM me or Ill eventually post some here that we could use.
NEW PROP FILLED SCENES NEEDED:If anyone feels they can make the camps better, lothlorien, etc. Or do exterior walkable towns for rohan using the pallisades and wooden fortifications from jik or one of the other packs, please do... Im just talking about placing props here, not a totally new modelled scene mesh (which is listed above somewhere).
